Moving I visited the property when I was in town. I am thinking of moving to the area in about 5 months. The staff was very friendly, the property seems well maintained and it was in a good area. I am transferring to the area soon and hoping they have something available. Based on what I saw I want this would be my new home in a couple months!
Top notch place to live I absolutely love how the office Jennifer the manager and Brenda her assistant takes care of your problems right away. No matter when you go into the office both of them are always so very pleasant. The maintenance man Gabe always takes care of your issues immediately they fix everything whenever it breaks down he is on it immediately. Beware!!! Terrible experience after 4 years of living there. Manager has horrendous customer service/bedside manner. Literally had to plead with them to do their jobs. After 4 years they told me I had no lease on file and so would not receive any kind of refund. After over 10 weeks of calling corporate in Colorado and going up the chain of command, I received a refund $500 less than it should have been. Will never again rent from Paul’s Corp or Ava North. No maintenance crew I’ve lived here for going on three years and things have only got worse. The office staff has changed 6 times in the past 12 months. No one is filling in the new staff what they’re walking into. Learn from my mistake and look elsewhere.

Please don’t move here I live in Ava north and these apartments are FILLLLLED with ROACHES to no return. I find about 30 a day and roach eggs. Im scared to sleep at night because one always pops out close to me. My neighbors have them too from both ends the whole entire building. The whole building would have to be bombed and treated and that’s if that would even work. You constantly see the pest control truck in the front. It's NO I lived here for almost a year and a half, moved between two apartments, the 1st was two bedrooms, and it was INFESTED with roaches, then moved to a small apartment where the A.C is not cooling and despite I have more than four maintenance requests they did not solve them and quickly delete them from the system. Also, I lived more than 15 days, and phoenix summer with no A.C., the management has done nothing about it. The only thing they done is apologize and ask me to pay the rent. Air conditioning not provided all year long I just moved here in December and still have the old school temperature gauge for my heat and air. The manasaid they are replacing them but on back order. Nothing had been replaced. That being said, it's a controlled complex, they have heat/air available only certain times of the year. It was almost 80 degrees in my unit today and I'm unable to use my air conditioning because they haven't switched it over yet.
