Tony is the BEST! I've used many different technicians in Orange County, Tony is honest and always finds the fix. Tony saved me $4k on a misdiagnosed SubZero repair, his prices are also fair for the work. Other techs will mark up the materials by 5-6x what it costs, not Tony.

Tony came last week to fix our garage GE fridge. He came on time, installed a new defrost system and now it's working great. Reliable and quick with reasonable rates. I will call him again if we have any issues with our other fridges.

Avalon appliance recently repaired my washing machine. I cannot say enough good things about the service I received. The owner, Tony, arrived on time, explained my options, and was able to repair my machine. Being a single mom I felt completely at ease with Tony in my home. He was polite and easy to talk with. I highly recommend Avalon Appliance.

What can I say. Tony saved the day and my old but beloved refrigerator. He came on time was super efficient, diagnosed and solved the problem. He had the parts he needed with him, he was honest, kind, reasonable and despite being busy he made sure the job was done and took pride in his work. Excellent service

I needed immediate dryer repair. Other companies didnt have staff available but when I called Avalon appliance, Tony the owner, answered the phone and was able to schedule a same day appointment. He arrived on time and took 20 minutes to resolve my issue. problem solved. his attitude was cheerful, The repair was perfect and I would absolutely hire him again.
