HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT ! Moved in a few years ago and never had any issues but lately it’s been very bad. New property manager is not helpful, doesn’t even respond to email. Takes MONTHS for a simple request for maintenance. Office keeps canceling my request (it’s been 8 weeks) I’m so glad my lease is ending soon & I definitely won’t be back with this horrible company! DONT MOVE HERE.
The place is bug and roach-infested. They spray pest control when you ask but only on every other firdays and that does not help. My window does not close completely and my draft stopper constantly tears from my door so bugs and other things get inside my apartment even when they replace it. The walls are super thin so i can hear my neighbors washing clothes, walking, talking, and it is very annoying. I would not recommend staying here at all. I have had multiple issues since moving here
Avalon west is infested with roaches.. baby roaches at that!!!! Ticon properties cares nothing about their tenants and find it completely fine for tenants to live in uninhabitable conditions. I have bombed every single day (sometimes twice a day) AND SPENT OVER $100 IN ROACH PRODUCTS since the day I was supposed to move in. The day I noticed there was an infestation issue I literally killed over 40 baby roaches and immediately told the office. What little boxes I did move in has roaches in it!! This is the second time I lived at Ticon Properties. This location is quiet which is good since I work second shift and typically get home around 2am and sleep during the day. The other one was quiet aswell thats why I chose this place again.
It takes several month and multiple requests to get a single maintenance issue fixed.
