This community doesn’t care to see everyone’s point of view when an issue has came about . They hired a contractor from North Carolina to do the work on the property and doesn’t realize that the contractor Thomas is winging his way through it hiring every sub he can find in Georgia to fullfill his position that isn’t taken seriously. I have done a lot of work for Thomas and didn’t take days off not even on the weekends as every other sub he hired did . From what I've seen it is a nice place to live, Quiet too.
Just stay to yourself and no trouble will find ya. Takes a while for anything to be repaired we are talking up to a yr or more depending on severity. If it's severe it'll take longer.
We just rented a home here!! We are absolutely so excited. The community is absolutely quiet and family friendly. Everyone is nice and kind. The manager was very welcoming and so sweet and answered all of our questions and concerns. Mrs Peggy seam like a very caring person. We can not wait to start moving stuff in tomorrow. We filled the application in one afternoon and the next day We got approved very fast response. Also mrs Peggy is always quick to get back to me! Looking forward to living here.
Lived here for a few years now, never had an issue with anyone so long as you follow the rules and pay your rent on time. And anytime I’ve had an issue I’ve always been able to reach out to the manager Peggy and get it fixed usually right away. Love living here and don’t plan to move anytime soon!
