It's a trailer park. Keep your grass cut and pay your rent. Nice pool. Indoor mail room with cameras. On-site Maintenance Office will do what the can to accommodate you. Family friendly
My daughter lived here almost 2 years. It started out fine, but over time has become unsafe. The property was sold after she moved in, and this was when it started going down hill. My daughter was approached, and asked if she wanted to do drugs with another resident. Her car was broken into, items were stolen, police report was filed. Don't get me wrong super friendly but won't let you use a co signer if they don't physically live with you
Mrs. Ebony is fantastic! I spent months looking for a place to live in auburn as I was relocating for work. She let me know about potential upcoming availability way in advance! She was very helpful during my application process. I've been renting for many years but this is the first place I've ended up at where I feel good about it, because of the management. The park is clean, and peaceful as well. If you are looking for cheaper but decent living in auburn definitely look into this place.
Like the other reviews in the past few weeks stated, Avalon Park is not the place you want to live. I’m not going to place the blame on the front office, because they are doing what their bosses tell them to do, but there do comes a time you need to stand up for what is right. Many of your tenants have multiple cars, so give us a solution other than towing our cars.
