I am glad to be a patient of Dr Mandy Bhuttrum. During consultations, she reads on my medical record & could discuss my condition once she enters the room. Consultations with her are not rushed & she does not overprescribed which is great! She is a rare gem of a doctor here in Henderson.

My experience with Avandy Medical Henderson has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The front office staff is consistently unprofessional, uncaring, and unwilling to provide even the most basic level of patient support. Despite multiple requests for follow-up on important blood work results, I received no call back. The nurse practioner I visit is smart, kind, and genuinally interested in her patients. HOWEVER, there are continual issues with having prescriptions properly submitted and it has led to me have to go off medications I need until I can get through to the office to have it resolved. Right now, they are open yet I am unable to get through. We all make mistakes - but we don't all take oaths to do no harm in our positions.
