The staff at the Creve Coeur clinic are super sweet! It was my first time in this clinic and it was super clean, welcoming and the environment was very cool and calm! During the treatment both girls were very sweet and talkative, walking me through all the steps of the process. By the end of the appointment it was like we were best friends! I would absolutely have treatments at this clinic and with these ladies again! Thank you all so much!
Wow. Love this spa. Nice location, clean/cozy aesthetic. I don't do much beauty wise so choosing to do cool sculpting was a big decision for me. I have been coming here for years, but since the corporate takeover, this is no longer the experience it used to be. The space itself is visibly unfinished and no longer feels like a premium med spa. More importantly, the service model has changed significantly. There is excessive paperwork, required tele-visits while you are already in the office, and long wait times before treatments begin. Nicole was incredibly sweet and comforting during my laser hair removal sessions. She made the process quick and efficient, leaving me saying "wow!" The clinic was clean and well-sanitized. After three sessions, I can confidently say that Nicole takes great care of her clients with her gentle approach. I highly recommend this clinic for your laser treatment needs. Awesome staff and an awesome clinic!
