Over the last couple of years, I’ve had countless wonderful experiences with Ideal Image — this review is long overdue! The entire team is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring, especially as I’ve been preparing for my wedding next year. They’ve been providing subpar service since they were ideal image and nothing has changed. They will cancel and change your appointments at the last minute to support their scheduling system and high turnover. They will then promise you things to make up for it and not deliver on those promises. I would absolutely not recommend for any reason. Ashely the manager is also “very nice” and will call you sweetie but it’s literally so fake. She is not good at her job and makes excuses for everything.
This was my first time getting Botox and Filler. I was so nervous but Ashley really went above and beyond explaining the process and what’s next. Once I got to my appointment Anna was absolutely AMAZING! She took her time to review my face and ensure I would be happy with my results. My skin looks amazing so natural exactly what I wanted! I definitely recommend coming here ❤️
The entire staff is so kind and is always very helpful with getting you the best deals! Ashley is super outgoing and always there to help! Ana is super talented, so kind, very accommodating and has an immense about of knowledge and tips and do’s and Dont’s, she really educated me on things I’d never known or heard of, which helps what paths, formula, and placement to take.
