Staff is awesome. Sky has been amazing. She has done my services for me and I am beyond super pleased. Don’t know why I didn’t do lazer treatments years ago.
While the nurse injector was very friendly and knowledgeable, I need people to know the actual risks of Botox and what ended up happening to me. I received 42 units of Botox November 13th 2025 in my forehead/crows/11’s. That night I felt horrible, had a head pressure I had never felt before and felt generally sick. This was a big decision for me not only financially but to better my confidence and I couldn’t be happier with the place I decided to go with. Staff is friendly, the establishment is very clean and safe practices. Skye is so kind and made me so comfortable even when we were doing full Brazilian she never made me feel weird! They should Not be able to keep these stars. They were once ideal image, I’ve been going there for years and getting touch ups after paying close to 2 grand for services. They kept ideal image clients but not sure why because the do not honor the touch up pricing, the price is OVER double what I used to pay.!! Highly disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would.!!
