Renamed to Avelure Med Spa which isnt on Google yet, so writing here. Been using them for years, they always take care of me. Natalie was great as usual for my botox and very thankful for the treatment done by Destiny. Even though she is just starting out, she did an amazing job! Highly recommend!
Destiny is absolutely amazing! She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process. She’s very professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated, with such a kind and positive attitude that makes every session a great experience. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. I highly recommend Destiny for laser hair removal. She’s the best!
I had a very disappointing experience with Ideal Image. I had a scheduled laser treatment appointment at the Gainesville location, and when I tried calling, no one answered. After reaching out to another location, I was told that the Gainesville clinic is permanently closed — with zero prior notice. The biggest issue is that I already paid in advance for a package and still have multiple treatments remaining. I had an amazing experience and the staff was so delightful and friendly. They answered all my questions and made me feel as comfortable as possible.
Please don't go to this place. Now is no longer Ideal Image. The staff was not friendly and acted like they didn't even want to be there. I was getting laser hair removal and they did not apply numbing cream and when I said it was hurting me and to slow down they just terminated the treatment all together. I felt humiliated. I had already prepaid. It was a waste of my time and money. I will never go back there again.
