Please don't go to this place. Now is no longer Ideal Image. The staff was not friendly and acted like they didn't even want to be there. I was getting laser hair removal and they did not apply numbing cream and when I said it was hurting me and to slow down they just terminated the treatment all together. I felt humiliated. I started hair laser removal about 16 years ago in Merritt island. When I first started going it was a great experience. The staff are amazing back then but I have noticed that as I travel to different places the service was way bad . I went to an ideal image in Long Island and they never answered the phones they lost my files they over charged me saying I was on an old plan but the new plan was way more expensive. Renamed to Avelure Med Spa which isnt on Google yet, so writing here. Been using them for years, they always take care of me. Natalie was great as usual for my botox and very thankful for the treatment done by Destiny. Even though she is just starting out, she did an amazing job! Highly recommend!
Destiny is absolutely amazing! She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process. She’s very professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated, with such a kind and positive attitude that makes every session a great experience. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. I highly recommend Destiny for laser hair removal. She’s the best!
