Over the past year, I’ve been coming to Avelure Med Spa for routine maintenance, and I feel so fortunate to have found Lizz and Molly. Lizz, in particular, has been absolutely wonderful. She has such a kind, friendly, and professional bedside manner and has taken the time to guide me toward treatments that are truly beneficial for my needs at this stage of the aging process. This is about the Avelure in Buffalo, NY. I was extremely disappointed by how Avelure handled my appointment. I drove approximately 30 minutes for a scheduled, expensive treatment and felt that this business showed little consideration for either disability rights or a client's time. The provider refused to treat me based on my neurodivergence. Neither the provider nor the manager offered to have the treatment performed by the other practitioner who was present at the office.
