Another venture capital firm has ruined this business I will not be getting my laser here I bought a package years ago and my touch up was only 40 dollars on a small area not it’s 109 which is nuts one treatment of laser on a small area should be that expensive and the experience when it ugly in there is like they want to rob you . I will never never go to an ideal image again. Also the job they do now sucks and not quality. I will definitely take my money elsewhere. Good lock but this business model is not going to last.

Great place with amazing people! I fell in love with Tiffany from day one so I have stuck with her throughout my treatments. She's busy but trust me, worth the wait! In life we go through things and I've gone through my fair share so I definitely had a few things I was super insecure about. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and explains how each thing was going to feel and her recommendations have been spot on! She has been a game changer for me and I am incredibly grateful 💜

It was my first time at Ideal Image and I felt so comfortable and was welcomed with a big smile by Katie at the front desk with coffee and water (checked me in so fast and was so personable), the sweetest and most knowledgeable nurse Lisa and extremely accommodating Clinic Manager Molly.
