The whole experience was awesome. The entire staff was super nice! Shoutout to Lindsey the office manager for everything running smooth during an event and also to Courtney for explaining the entire process during my Botox appointment. She was kind, informative and gentle. Overall it was a great experience.
Sad to say that getting a premium package with Lifetime Membership proved to be a SCAM. The company who bought up these nationwide locations refuses to honor legacy clients who were grandfathered in to endless touch-up's at a set price at ANY location. These terms were signed into a contract that explicitly stated nothing would change without both parties signing off, even with a transfer of ownership. The staff at Ideal Image are so friendly and supportive. They love to help out and are very charismatic! I love this place 10/10 recommend. Their prices out match everyone.
Very disappointed in this office. I was originally a client at Dr. Philips. I called to make an appointment for Saturday because it was my day off and there weren't any available units. The person offered me another location and I accepted. I asked if the units I had left would be at that office and they said yes. Today was my appointment. I arrived at my scheduled time. What a nice experience at this location. The staff is super professional and really made me feel comfortable at all times, especially as a first timer doing the procedure. Winnie performed the Ultherapy and I could not say nicer things about how she handled the procedure and how comfortable she made me feel. I will be requesting her to perform it next time for me as well.
