My brother and I were referred to Pacifica by A Place for Mom. From the very beginning our interactions with the staff were amazing. We spoke to a total of 6 other facilities trying to find the right fit for our parents and none of our interactions compared to those we found at Pacifica. The care and customer service we receive at Pacifica Senior Living has been exceptional. From the moment we met with Rachel to last week when we called for a special request for Mother's Day, we have always felt taken care of and any concerns addressed. My mother can't be home, but this is a place that can provide for her while also being affordable. It gives us great comfort that Pacifica accepts Medicaid so if she runs out of money, she won't have to move. It's truly a blessing for our family.
We love this place for my mother who moved in about two months ago. She is acclimating very nicely after a not-so-good experience with another senior living community in Vancouver. The difference is in how the community is laid out. It ensures that there is always enough staff because each floor is so small. Pacifica Senior Living in Vancouver has exceeded my expectations. From friendly staff, to yummy meals, to the executive leadership, they have made my job as a caregiver easier and have really put my mind at ease.
