Melanie, the manager, was especially welcoming, professional, and patient in answering all our questions, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the visit. Recently moved in and Shawn the Maintenance manager couldn’t be more responsive, respectful and professional. It feels wonderful to have a competent individual working so hard to make everything as it should be.
I started the process of looking for an apartment suitable for a senior person last October in 2024. After I met the property manager Bridget, I was pretty sure this is the place. Bridget was very thoughtful and considerate about my requirements. She gave me a tour about the building. The units are very clean, quite, specious and equips well for senior people as it was a senior living community prior. It even has elevator which is a must for our need. Be Warned ⚠️ I, really, really tried to enjoy my year here... About two months ago, I told management that I looked forward to resigning my lease. They agreed. All year, I was a good tenant and an even better neighbor. Living with a spinal disability makes doing anything extremely hard!
