Not only is Shawn the best maintenance person we've ever had, he's the best maintenance person I've had at any apartment complex I've lived at prior to here! He is hard at work from the time he steps on to the property to the time he leaves, and always goes above and beyond for us residents!! I recently toured the community while looking for a place for my mother, and it was a wonderful experience. Melanie, the manager, was especially welcoming, professional, and patient in answering all our questions, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the visit. Was told I needed to buy my own peephole (which is incorrect as they bought peepholes for all the other apartments. Ugghh) ,and the maintenance person would install it. UNFORTUNATELY he installed the security latch backwards inside my apartment. I have requested several times to have it fixed or replaced. They continue to blame it on me and NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. 💯 WTH?
Recently moved in and Shawn the Maintenance manager couldn’t be more responsive, respectful and professional. It feels wonderful to have a competent individual working so hard to make everything as it should be.
