I started the process of looking for an apartment suitable for a senior person last October in 2024. After I met the property manager Bridget, I was pretty sure this is the place. Bridget was very thoughtful and considerate about my requirements. She gave me a tour about the building. The units are very clean, quite, specious and equips well for senior people as it was a senior living community prior. It even has elevator which is a must for our need. Be Warned ⚠️ I, really, really tried to enjoy my year here... About two months ago, I told management that I looked forward to resigning my lease. They agreed. All year, I was a good tenant and an even better neighbor. Living with a spinal disability makes doing anything extremely hard! So, when I found a note on my front door, informing me that my lease would not be renewed, I almost cried! When I asked the reason behind not renewing, the manager only said, "no reason." I moved to Aventine at Vancouver 6 months ago. The place is very nice. All in perfect conditions. All new appliances, High ceilings and plenty of storage. The common areas are very nice too, with nice furniture and very nice balcony. Parking is very is very continent around the buildings. Also the location is great, with all shopping at very close distance. I strongly recommend it.
The manager is very friendly and willing to help. The unit keeps the heat in and stays cool in summer. Common areas to sit in, or walk around outside.
My brother and I were referred to Pacifica by A Place for Mom. From the very beginning our interactions with the staff were amazing. We spoke to a total of 6 other facilities trying to find the right fit for our parents and none of our interactions compared to those we found at Pacifica. We both live out of state but Abigail went above and beyond to give us virtual tour of the place about a month ago. She also spent time just getting to know us and our parents.
