Doctor Alexis Yoon was by far the absolute BEST dentist I’ve ever been to. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and her bedside manner was exquisite! All of her staff were very friendly and professional! The clinic was extremely clean and cozy! She explained everything she was doing step by step to provide the utmost quality care. Dr. Youn is an exceptional provider. She has vast expertise in evaluating the problem and devising thorough treatment plans with the highest standard of care. Most importantly, she is sincere in her proposals, recommending only the treatment needed and not overselling so you establish trust. Dr. Youn and her staff are efficient, meticulous, and a pleasure to work with.
Dr. Youn takes such good care of our teeth. We have been seeing her for years and I actually look forward to cleanings now. She is very good at communicating and I enjoy her sense of humor. She is also skilled and gentle, I feel like I am in good hands with her. The office is clean and the staff is also friendly.
The entire team at Avenue Dental is incredible. I was laid off in the middle of the week and my insurance was set to expire at the end of the week. When my usual dentist couldn’t fit me in, Avenue Dental found a way to make it work. They also identified some cavities that needed to be fixed and Dr. Youn squeezed me into her already busy schedule the next day. I am so appreciative of their understanding and sense of urgency. Had a cleaning and two fillings at Avenue Dental—place is spotless, staff is chill, and they’ve got Netflix to distract you. Dropped about $200 after insurance, which felt fair. They broke down the costs and insurance stuff clearly. Scheduling was easy, and they actually run on time. If you're in West Town and need a solid dentist, this is the spot.
