I’ve been a patient here for over a year and this is the best dentist office I have been to. Dr. Youn is really involved in treatment, very communicative and transparent, fit in one of my referrals quickly for an emergency, and is on top of it. Not jumping up and down for dental appointments but at least I know I’m in good hands.
Showed up a little early today to my appointment and they were able to see me early, which was a very nice surprise. Everyone is super friendly, efficient and professional, I highly recommend this dentist's office and I plan on returning for my next checkup, cleaning and any future, possible procedures.
Honestly, I didn’t want to leave a 1 star review because I have had good experiences with this dentist, but after being given the runaround from this office for weeks, and having to reschedule a stressful appointment, I feel like I don’t have a choice. Their front of house staff has really dropped the ball. I had made an apt for early January to get a retainer removed, after I got the better dental insurance with my employer. Dr Yoon is efficient, honest, and caring. I've had a lot of trips to the dentist in my lifetime and I feel very comfortable here. 10/10 experience. The staff is all wonderful and very professional as well.
Always excellent service. Staff is incredibly nice and understanding of my disabilities. This is the first dental office that has not shamed me for having a difficult time with caring for my teeth, which makes me very happy
