Karl was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He fixed the key panel on the garage door and fixed the issues of not being able to access my keypad to open the garage door. He was very Professional and answered all my questions, so which were not garage door related.
This company doesn't even deserve a star at all. They are the worst most prejudiced company. I have ever dealt with. They are cold, hearted ruthless and they want their money. But they don't want to give me mine. They are rude obnoxious, and they don't know how to deal with the public. How can you be so prejudiced and have a good percentage of people who you rent to be the same color as me. This company will reap what they sow.
AG Management added double charges on my ledger in order to take money from my credit that the County of Macomb paid on my bill. I am taking them to Court to sue them for my money. Don’t allow them to do this to you. They attempted to evict me then saw I wasn’t allowing them to lie so dismiss used the Court hearing. It’s public. Juanita Jackson
The maintenance tech James was AWESOME! He is VERY knowledgeable and can get you the best results for your home. He is courteous and friendly. You will look at him like family. We did.
Absolute nightmare renting with AG. The house my roommate and I rented (30419 Brush) looked nice at first, but had countless issues and slow resolutions. When we first moved in, the sink fell through the granite and we had no kitchen sink for multiple days (that is how long it took them to get someone out there). Then our furnace broke (it was from the 80s) in the end of Dec/beginning of Jan and it took them 5 DAYS to fix it.
