I had an appointment for a test this morning. I will say the schedulers not as nice on phone. Also yesterday the central office was having hiccups with calls being transferred. All of that said. Plenty of spots to park for an 8:00 AM. I was greeted kindly. I was taken back with in a few minutes. The technician was professional and tried to keep me at ease. I look forward to coming back for future tests when my doctor orders them. I was impressed. Such a cute lobby.

This establishment is as comfortable of an environment for radiological procedures as you can get. The lounge area is spacious and the seats are comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait time is not long. There is a wait area up front with a large tv and once they take you to the back, there is an individual changing room with lockers. Would leave ZERO stars if that was an option. After calling around for quotes on an MRI for my wife's ankle, we used STRIC based on it being the lowest, but not by much, than all the imaging centers we called. The MRI process was fine, we paid after services rendered with the expectation that the amount owed was settled, and months later received a notice from a 3rd party collections agency. I have visited this establishment, for years and have never had a problem, however that changed yesterday. I went to get an X-ray of my knee. The lady was rude and condescending, she kept asking me to move my leg and rather than being patience she kept snapping back. I did advised her several times that I was in pain. In conclusion, perhaps an updated session on patient care would befit her and the center.

Even when you have an appointment you will wait forever. It's straight up rude. It's really unbelievable. Expect to wait for at least 1.5 hours AFTER your appointment. Nobody working here will care or hustle or apologize. You are just stuck. Every. Time.

rude and unprofessional .... they said they called and talked to me . they did not I had my insurance on the phone trying ready to give me the approval but the ladies at the front desk seemed bothered and annoyed by me asking for help.... Well then Me , my insurance and deductible are going to another facility!!!! Rude!!! Rude!!! Rude!!! and i ve been a customer for years because i used to live down the street. Save your self the long wait ... the rude stares and the worst customer service Go somewhere else!!!!!

This location was previously just for mammograms but recently was enhanced and expanded to perform additional radiology exams. I had an 8:30 AM appointment and I arrived ten minutes early to allow for paperwork. The reception clerk was efficient and officious and I assumed they would be prompt. At 8:40 AM I asked the clerk to check because I had an "appointment" at 8:30. At 8:45 the tech named Bob appeared. He made no excuse nor apology for being late.
