I had an amazing experience at Aviara East Pompano! Stephanie is truly the best—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I was lucky enough to take part in their Wellness Day, and the yoga session was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was peaceful and rejuvenating. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about your well-being and offers great experiences, this is it! Highly recommend
***Initial thoughts only*** Priscila was really helpful during the leasing process and always available to answer any questions! No faults with her at all, and having her as my leasing agent was a great experience! As for the property, everything is really well maintained, and the amenities and all the appliances in the unit are brand new. I will say, there seems to be an absence of emergency maintenance teams to help late at night, but hopefully this is just growing pains.
The apartment is really nice. The process was fairly easy; of course, they are still trying to figure it out, but that's typical for every new apartment. Andressa was great; she answered all my questions and was always willing to help. The apartments are luxurious, and it's beautiful.

Moving to Aviara was a very pleasant and easygoing process! All the Staff are really helpful! We applied by November 2024, and Ivete recommended a Beautiful city-view apartment!
