Amazing new community I recently went to view this community and I have to say, it is gorgeous! So well put together and such attention to detail. I love all the new appliances and the modern look of each unit. These townhouses are nicer than most tailored houses. The property manager Danni, who gave me a tour was very sweet and really took the time to show me the property and all it’s features. I can’t wait to move in my kids are going to love it!
HORRIBLE! Worst management ever! They do not respond to anything! Absolutely NO parking. You may get assigned spaces, but everyone parks where they want. Several residents operate businesses out of their units and people are in and out all day. Residents do not know how to use the dumpster. Trash is thrown all over. The price is good for the current market, but not worth the overall headache! BEWARE!
