We love living at the Townhomes of Aviara! We have been there for a year and a few months and we are absolutely in love.
One of the first people to move in and for the price there’s no complaints. 3/3 townhouse for around 2000 is a steal. Neighbors are super cool and when there’s bad ones that move in, the usually weed themselves out. Been there for almost 4 years and pleased with everything
No amenities, no security, no parking, horrible area. I had a homeless person try to break into my car while I was in it parked outside the building and our neighbors had their car stolen from the same spot. You can hear fights/people screaming outside all nights of the week and our AC broke all the time.
I absolutely love this complex it’s safe the maintenance crew always comes through with request and they always are on top of things. I’ve been living here since they open and I must say I’m extremely satisfied and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Keep up the great work the rent is worth every penny.
The worst neighborhood to live in loud noise breaking into cars not gated they look nice but is not really nice when you get into them look otherwise. They also have the worst customer service.
