We stopped by to pick up a rental truck (U-Haul) for my daughter to me to South Carolina. The person behind the desk was friendly and helpful. We were able to quickly check out a truck and get on our way to load.
I set up a rent a truck. The day of the move they called to tell me they didn’t have the truck on a voicemail. I called back to see if they would offer a different size or compensate the difference to travel to the location that was further. Since they charge per mile, I would have to pay more for their inconvenience. The woman refused to help and canceled my rsvp. My experience was amazing. Customer service top notch. I was renting a U-Haul, and the process was much more easier than in the past. Kudos to U-Haul for making changes so the ease of rental is mostly hassle free. I would say more equipment because what I wanted wasn’t there but that wasn’t enough to give anything less than 5 stars!
Shout out to the General Manager Robert that called all the way from Houston to help me out and complete my moving today. Despite having issues to get inside the storage. The manager went above and beyond to solve my problems.
I was easily able to get the storage unit reserved online!
