I've kept 2 units for 6+years. Place is always clean. No bugs, no leaks, no complaints. Aubre the manager is always friendly and smiling. Dont think i've met a nicer attendant anywhere!
Had a guaranteed reservation for a U-Haul truck. Go to the location to pick it up and they did not have the vehicle. The manager on duty moved our reservation to another location but put the reservation in for a 1 1/2 hour rental instead of 24 hours! That caused us to drive across town to another location to find we couldn't rent at that location and then have to drive to a 3rd location, then come to find out the vehicle was at the 2nd location and I had to drive back to pick up the truck! $50 is all they offered me for my t... read more
It was easy to get the rental of a storage unit online. What was not easy was getting into it. My daughter could not open the unit and talked with the office and I called, but they were closed during business hours and not helpful at all. There is a trick to getting them open but for someone who has never had a storage unit, they would not know. We will be going elsewhere.

The staff was extremely helpful. I was recommended better things for a far better price based on what I was planning on doing. I saved money and ended up having an overall better experience just because of the staff recommendations. Thanks! 🤟🏻
