Yolanda has been an absolute blessing. Anytime I see her she is always kind and friendly. Today she went out of her way to help me with what I needed help with. She also consoled me because I was crying from being so grateful (we’ve been dealing with a lot in our family life). She is such a blessing and asset to your company. First of all, I really like the mission statement of Avid Storage. Secondly, I have to mention the young lady who showed me the facility and got me signed up with a storage unit. Her name is Yolanda - she is kind, courteous, and exudes values of the mission statement. Lastly, the facility is exceptionally clean and very well maintained.
Yolanda was so full of happy enengy. She stood up and shaked my hand. Her and Jeffery were so very helpful. Amazing customer service.

Yolonda was absolutely fabulous assisting with our RV lot and storage unit! Yolonda provided excellent customer service. She went above & beyond to ensure we were taken care of.
