Yolanda has been an absolute blessing. Anytime I see her she is always kind and friendly. Today she went out of her way to help me with what I needed help with. She also consoled me because I was crying from being so grateful (we’ve been dealing with a lot in our family life). She is such a blessing and asset to your company. First of all, I really like the mission statement of Avid Storage. Secondly, I have to mention the young lady who showed me the facility and got me signed up with a storage unit. Her name is Yolanda - she is kind, courteous, and exudes values of the mission statement. Lastly, the facility is exceptionally clean and very well maintained.
