The WORST!!! Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Price gouging to the max! Our rent more than DOUBLED throughout our stay. We had several large units at one time and they continuously increase the rent. Our rent ended up being more than our house payment at one time with all of the units combined. Great customer service!!! We have been looking for a storage and Avid has the best prices and promotions! The property was very clean and organized. Jessenia was very helpful with helping us find the right size storage and making the sign up process easy! We will be recommending to family and friends! 🤍
Cathy was the most sweetest and most helpful person I have met. She helped me get situated with my unit and lock and even walked me out there and made sure that all my stuff was still there and that i was good to go. She as well also offered a bottle of water after being in the heat for a little bit. She was the sweetest person and i definitely made the right choice in the place for my storage unit
Jessenia was very friendly yet professional. Was able to get me some discounts and helped me download the app to open the gate with my phone. Highly recommend!
