Great customer service!!! We have been looking for a storage and Avid has the best prices and promotions! The property was very clean and organized. Jessenia was wonderful and accommodating. They didn't have what I was looking for there, so she rented me a unit from another location. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, and polite.
I really appreciate my experience with Property Manager Yesenia (at Avid Storage in Odessa,TX). She took time to explain to me what was going on with my storage unit and was able to help me with my unit at a different location.
