Great customer service!!! We have been looking for a storage and Avid has the best prices and promotions! The property was very clean and organized. Cathy was the most sweetest and most helpful person I have met. She helped me get situated with my unit and lock and even walked me out there and made sure that all my stuff was still there and that i was good to go. She as well also offered a bottle of water after being in the heat for a little bit. She was the sweetest person and i definitely made the right choice in the place for my storage unit

I really appreciate my experience with Property Manager Yesenia (at Avid Storage in Odessa,TX). She took time to explain to me what was going on with my storage unit and was able to help me with my unit at a different location. Yesenia was transparent about currently not having enough staff to run all their locations and also explained that there are other changes happening at Extra Space Storage (now Avid Storage.)
