Evelyn has always done a wonderful job at providing the best customer service possible at Extra Space Storage off of business 20 in Odessa. We have been long time customers, and prior to that my mother-in-law was a longtime customer as well. I’ve had a unit here for over and never had any issues. It’s always super clean and has a great working security fence that keeps you at a peace of mind. Also, the staff is friendly and super helpful. Evelyn in the front office did such a great job at helping me get moved out and I really appreciate it.

The staff is very Polite and Helpfull. Hard to find service like this in Odessa. The location is Immaculately clean. I rented a climate controlled unit and it is always perfectly tempered every time I visit.
