Evelyn has always done a wonderful job at providing the best customer service possible at Extra Space Storage off of business 20 in Odessa. We have been long time customers, and prior to that my mother-in-law was a longtime customer as well. If you are needing a safe place to store more items, I would always check out extra storage to see what the best deal they can get you.
I’ve had a unit here for over and never had any issues. It’s always super clean and has a great working security fence that keeps you at a peace of mind. Also, the staff is friendly and super helpful. Evelyn in the front office did such a great job at helping me get moved out and I really appreciate it.
The staff is very Polite and Helpfull. Hard to find service like this in Odessa. The location is Immaculately clean. I rented a climate controlled unit and it is always perfectly tempered every time I visit.
Evelyn was very knowledgeable in helping me get the best price for my storage unit. She was super friendly and went out of her way to make sure I rented the best unit for my needs. Evelyn was excellent and she walked me through everything explaining the documents in detail. She was fast and courteous with getting me the unit I requested and allowed me to get the closest to the entrance as possible. I recommend this storage facility at 6501 E Business 20 in Odessa, 5 stars!
