Evelyn has always done a wonderful job at providing the best customer service possible at Extra Space Storage off of business 20 in Odessa. We have been long time customers, and prior to that my mother-in-law was a longtime customer as well. If you are needing a safe place to store more items, I would always check out extra storage to see what the best deal they can get you.
The staff is very Polite and Helpfull. Hard to find service like this in Odessa. The location is Immaculately clean. I rented a climate controlled unit and it is always perfectly tempered every time I visit.
I live across the street from this storage room the alarm has been going off for 24 hours straight I have 2 babies who have been up all night because of it my husband has been up all night an just got up an ready for work an he's dead tired , I've called the police multiple times an was told they couldn't get a hold of anyone so they couldn't do anything until someone comes in for work which would be at 9 , this is ridiculous how is anyone's stuff safe in this place if no one is available to answer the alarm the police only ... read more

Such a clean and we'll kept storage facility. The lady that works here is nothing but helpful. Getting signed up for a storage unit was a breeze we had no issues at all. The facility is secure and the units are reasonably priced for the space you get.
