I called the office pretty frustrated because I tried doing it online, and was having so many issues with the pricing and what I was being charged. Jocelyn and her manager (not sure, but I assume that’s who she called for confirmation and assistance) were absolutely amazing! They helped get the incorrect amt that I was charged refunded, and got the correct pricing without issue. I only need the unit for the one month, but if I need to extend or use a storage service after this, I’ll definitely use them.

Apparently this IS how Snapbox does business. Instead of putting the proper funds into a working system or proper security, the solution is a non-time based manual lock. If there are no service hours and only access hours, how are your customers supposed to be able to access their units? Unless there is one person that goes to all of the Snapbox locations to unlock them. I have had a very pleasant with Avid. A very clean place. I am veteran that was given a discount. I accidentally left my storage open and was notified

Facility was always clean and any questions were promptly answered by the competent and courteous staff. If I ever have a future need for temporary storage Avid will be my first call.

This is not my lock. The unit has been empty since November 2024. Why am I still being billed? Why won't someone respond to an email or answer the phone? What's the magic trick to catching someone in the office? I've already contacted the Attorney General's Office. They've even raised the price of this $300+ monthly unit in that time.
