I called the office pretty frustrated because I tried doing it online, and was having so many issues with the pricing and what I was being charged. Jocelyn and her manager (not sure, but I assume that’s who she called for confirmation and assistance) were absolutely amazing! They helped get the incorrect amt that I was charged refunded, and got the correct pricing without issue. I only need the unit for the one month, but if I need to extend or use a storage service after this, I’ll definitely use them.

Nishanth was very helpful! Ensured my move out process was due to personal reasons not because of a failure with the storage unit itself. The storage facility is easy to access clean and the staff is helpful even if not always on-site. I suggest looking around the property for a staff member if one is not in the office. They may be cleaning another unit in the facility! Would use again if needed.

I logged into my account and moved out my unit 3/8. Today I received a bill. I’m not paying anything for April. I’ve been trying to call to make sure they remove my account. I took my lock and my belongings. No one ever answers the phone. I cancelled my auto pay. I already paid for this month I don’t need any bills from you for April. And I took a screenshot of my account showing my move out was for 3/8. Feels like a scam. Never using them again. Very shady business.

Apparently this IS how Snapbox does business. Instead of putting the proper funds into a working system or proper security, the solution is a non-time based manual lock. If there are no service hours and only access hours, how are your customers supposed to be able to access their units? Unless there is one person that goes to all of the Snapbox locations to unlock them. This is not my lock. The unit has been empty since November 2024. Why am I still being billed? Why won't someone respond to an email or answer the phone? What's the magic trick to catching someone in the office? I've already contacted the Attorney General's Office. They've even raised the price of this $300+ monthly unit in that time.
