The late fees are very steep. And then a lean fee is $100. My unit reached 30 days past due and to gain access to my unit it costed me $250. Location isnt accessible 24/7. I pay for secured storage, there is like 4 or 5 doors all the way around the building and in the 3 visits iv been here one or more of the doors you can just walk up to and the door isnt even shut fully, just pull it right open and walk in. This place was once fairly decent, that was back when Ms. Marsha was running it. It was acquired by “GoStoreit” in the beginning of 2025 and it all went down hill. Unit prices, cockroaches, and rat presence all doubled. This facility is filthy and ragged. I nearly lost everything due to extreme rental hikes and damaged property from absolute filth. I spoke with other renters and they each told similar stories. I thank God I was able to get out!
I have used this storage for well over 10 years but due to this new company I may have to change. They took out a physical person working here which now we got homeless people and a trash place. Yet they have doubled our rental fee for the storage unit. I will be trying to find a new place for items cause this is unacceptable by any angle. Please bring ms. Marsha back cause who wanna pay double for a unkempt trashy place and nothing can be taken care of in a timely manner
I absolutely love this company I stored some glass items here to keep them safe from everyone and the climate changes. The locker I rented was a nice size for everything I had in it and minutes away from home I recommend Snap Box for ALL of your storage needs! ✨🙌🏿
I’m convinced that most of these good reviews are fake. Please stay away from this place it is INFESTED with roaches! You even see dead roaches strewn about as soon as you walk in. Roaches are in my storage unit crawling on my things EVERYTIME I come there. I have tried to talk to a manager, no response. Tried filing a claim for damaged items due to roaches contaminating my items & I’m fighting tooth & nail just to get compensation. This is absolutely the worst facility I have EVER spent my hard earned money at.
