I had an excellent experience working with Jeff. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Jeff took the time to understand my needs and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. His attitude and attention to detail truly set him apart. It was great while it was American , then snapbox bought it and raised my rates through the roof. It was recently bought by Avid (late 2025) and when i told Jeff i was moving out because the price was way too high, he informed me that they had gone back to competitive pricing.... but i had already secured my alternative unit. It's a great location and is secure. I would rent here again.
The facility has great security, clean and the staff is extremely helpful. Plus it is very affordable!
If you need anyone to assist you at SnapBox, you should stop by & make sure you meet MS. MEYDY! Meydy was extremely helpful and so informative while she assisted me during my visit at SnapBox located at the Port Saint Lucie location. I had forgotten how Customer Service should truly feel like! THANK YOU MEYDY for reminding me how it feels to be helped as a customer! You deserve a raise! See again soon!
Our experience at snapbox has been wonderful. Meydy the manger has gone above and beyond to assist me and made sure everything went smoothly. I appreciate her help so much. Would definitely recommend this self storage to anyone and again thank Meydy (I'm sorry if spelled wrong) for all her help.
