Meydy was extremely helpful and so informative while she assisted me during my visit at SnapBox located at the Port Saint Lucie location. I had forgotten how Customer Service should truly feel like! Our experience at snapbox has been wonderful. Meydy the manger has gone above and beyond to assist me and made sure everything went smoothly. I appreciate her help so much. Would definitely recommend this self storage to anyone and again thank Meydy (I'm sorry if spelled wrong) for all her help.

Meydy was so incredibly helpful and worked so hard to get us the type of rental truck we needed to move a piano. They didn’t have one available, but she had one delivered the next morning! She was attentive and dedicated to our needs. I highly recommend Snapbox for any of your rental needs. She truly cares about her customers! I was just a stranger off the street but was never treated that way.
