1st - There is a rat/mice infestation here. 2nd - Their call center (forget being able to EVER reach a local person) provides incorrect information on due dates. They say you have until the 3rd to pay before late fees hit, however a $30 fee hit my account by 10am on the 2nd. Another person had a similar story but they lost all access. Miss Laura was excellent. I did my application online, but I got hit. I had a hiccup on the payment area, but she ended up calling me and getting everything taken care of. She was so nice. She was generous. She was well spoken. She even you know she’s she’s a day brighter and I really thank her for her services.🤗
The tenants have no explanation as to why the units is inaccessible during business hours. It is not fair to people who pay rent on time every month to ask for the bare minimum and if I cannot access my stuff during the accessible hours because you locked it then that puts you all at risk of being sued. Please get that resolved immediately before I take legal matters into my own hands.
Customer Service Rep Danielle was AWESOME! She was able to cover my problem, ask and answer questions with concern and most importantly very patient! Keep up the good work girly!
I have been with Snapbox since October 2024. At first there was always someone in the office or take phone calls. The male employee was always nice and helpful. However, a few months ago, customer service has been lack. The security gate has been left wide open multiple times for extended periods of time. I drove 2 hours out of my way to check on my unit bc the week prior there was no lock on my unit, though I had one of my own on there, so no telling how long it’s been unlocked.
