Each time I visit my daughter, I rent from this Avis location. The selection, price and customer service is excellent! I have experience renting cars so I don’t have questions about their service or length of rentals. I am aware of the toll and insurance requirements. I rent from this location and return to this location. I highly recommend this location and if you have questions, please them clearly and respectfully before leaving with the rental. I rented a car for one day at $89. I needed to extend it another day unexpectedly. I returned the car and was charged upon arrival another $107 to which I was told “it will be refunded to you.” Directly after, I was charged ANOTHER $89 for the extra day rental. I was told I was being saved a late fee which is why the $107 was charged and would be refunded, then charged again for $89. IT’S BEEN OVER A WEEK AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. Prepaid for a rental and when we went to go pick it up, they said we had a $6 balance due and when we asked for what, the person said they were not sure and should call customer service. When we returned the car, the balance increased to $18 and of course did not receive a helpful explanation on the balance due. I don’t think it’s right to charge customers these fees especially when it was prepaid and even worse have no explanation for them. Dishonest - if you don't pay attention, they slip in an airport concession fee even though the booking is neither from nor to an airport
Just wanted to express my appreciation for an excellent service.✅. I rented a car this past weekend. The customer attendant ( Mr G.) was very helpful and friendly👑. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me by allowing me to choose a car and providing a fast service when I returned the car.
