I called to get information about rental availability and Ms. Lisa was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, patient, professional and kind. I am looking forward to renting an apartment from Azalea Ridge.
Terrible. Do NOT live here. They have a selection of photos that make it look great. It is far from. Only being here for a little bit of time, I’ve heard domestic violence through my walls, yelling, slamming. Seen domestic disputes outside. Broken cars. Trash thrown across the parking lot everyday. The trash compactor is overfilled, never fixed or taken out. I’ve been overcharged for rent every month. They please ignorance but in reality are simply incompetent. MY RENT GOES UP EVERY MONTH AND THE FRONT OFFICE TELLS ME THEY DONT KNOW WHY . I HAVE BEEN OVER CHARGED SEVERAL TIMES . I SIGNED MY LEASE TO PAY 1,325 AND SOME HOW EVERY MONTH MY BILL IS THE ONLY ONE THAT IS 1,585 ON THE 1ST . I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES WHY AND NO ONE IN THE FRONT OFFICE CAN TELL ME WHY . BUT YET I STILL HAVE YO PAY IT SO I WONT HAVE LATE FEES AND ECT ITS NOT FAIR AND I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS !
I lived here for a year and at first it was ok. After a few months though I severely regretted having signed a lease. The entire complex reeked of marijuana, my neighbors shouted through the walls and in common areas, my roommates car was broken into and other residents regularly panhandled outside my door. When I was finally able to move out after the termination of my lease, having paid rent early evert month mind you, Azalea Ridge kindly charged me without notice and sent my debt to collections, crippling my credit.
