When I initially moved in the process was very easy and it was quick. My leasing agent Carliss was very nice and she kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and even after the process and even when I had an issue she made sure she followed up with me to let me know what was going on. I give the complex a brain of two just for the space and appearance and the amenities. Floors are extremely weak and thin!!! You can hear literally everything from the neighbors( including walking, dropping something, and even pushing something,)below and above, I’ve had three neighbors above and it’s only been a year. They change the carpet you hear them ripping it and the floor creaking. The trash is always full, trash is constantly everywhere, neighbors have no curfew respect. Terrance was awesome and efficient with fixing my doors! He was very professional and courteous and finished everything in a timely manner. He also made sure everything was working properly before he left the premises! Kudos to Terrance the maintenance guy!
The new management is great and working really hard to get the community back to where it was. The location and apartments are very good awesome school district great place live. With Tina Duong running things this will be a great place to live. She is very caring and understanding.
Great customer service and very detailed on information. I truly thank Charliss , she was very helpful during our entire process of moving in. I’m excited to become a new resident in the area & my entire layout is so niceeeeeeeeeee♥️ the entire complex is very nice including the front office! Decoration is so beautifully laid out. You will definitely love the scenery!
