Doctor Samuel Azeezat has to be one of the most kind and genuine people I’ve ever met. She truly has saved my life. I don’t know where I would be without her. There is a debt of gratitude I owe her that can never be paid. Thank you is nowhere near the level of appreciation she needs.
We have been with the same NP for over 10 yrs. It's convenient and they are super great about getting your prescription in for 3 months at a time. Video appointments and only required trips to the office
