I recommend Azur Apartments! I love this place. The girls in the office are super friendly and will help you with anything! There is on site maintenance. There's a swimming pool and clubhouse. There's also a small dog park! We've never had any major issues here. They held an apartment for us while we moved here from Maine! Prices are affordable even on just my husband's income! It's a great apartment complex!

Best Apartment Deal in Waco I have had an excellent experience here, and so have the friends who located here in the last year. The property has a police patrol every night and is in a good neighborhood. It's about as safe and nice as you can get without spending too much money, and the money you do spend is worth the investment. My apartment is modern and well designed, and maintenance has been great about fixing any problem-- the maintenance guy typically shows up an hour after I mentioned I needed help. Best in Area! These are the best apartments I've found here in Waco. It is a quiet homey pocket in the hustle of the area. The remodels done by the new management have only made me want to brag about these apartments more!

Love this complex I moved in 6 months ago at the time that new management took over and renovations were to begin. The improvements are beautiful, management is friendly and helpful, maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The area is quiet and grounds are well maintained. I would recommend this apartment complex.

Terrible They never answer the phone, never get what you need fixed, and now they are implement a “reserved parking space” when they should be having “police” or “tow company’s” patrolling for cars that aren’t registered with them. They always find ways to force you to pay more, they charge you and extras 25 dollars to pay your rent electronically and don’t give you any other options. This place is a joke.
CAREFUL WITH CRAZY FEES AFTER YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE IS GREAT FOR THE PRICE BUT ONCE YOU MOVE OUT BECAREFUL THEY WILL CHARGE CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY! WE LEFT THE PLACE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND STILL GOT CHARGED $373 !! IT WAS RIDICULOUS THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGE! $10 FOR A TRASH BAG AND $185 FOR 2 BROKEN BLINDS(BLINDS ARE SUPER FRAGILE! ) $150 FOR CARPET CLEANING AND OTHER CRAZY CHARGES!
