As a resident, I’ve had several interactions with Olivia, and she has consistently gone above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns I’ve had. Olivia is always friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community. Whether I needed assistance she was there, ready to assist. Her dedication to residents truly makes living here even more enjoyable.
I really enjoy this community! My mom lives here and last night they did such a nice trunk or treat event for the kids. This is the first time in a while that it has felt more welcoming. Janelys and Olivia are great, thank you for remembering us!
At the azure apartment I had one of the best customer service I ever received in my life I was afraid of applying for an apartment by my self but when I get there there I was revive very welcoming and there made the application so easy for me easier than saying your ABC these employees at azure apartments is very special and 1 in a million I believe there all should get rewarded for there hard work especially for a first time applicants like me. I just moved here. I’ll start by saying Olivia and Janelys.. AMAZING Customer service. Although, the person Above them JANELLE DOUGLAS.. she works from home and is very disrespectful. Even though she don’t even have to come tot he office she will talk to you like you aren’t human. Please if you sense she is having a bad day you’d either have to wait or deal with her horrible attitude. She talked to me like I was a dog while trying to pay $2,084. I don’t live here but my girlfriend does, the place is nice looking but be careful, my expensive bike got stolen and the office is closed so I cant report it to them. No cameras that I can see, maybe I’m not seeing them but be careful leaving things outside. edit: Ignore their response, we already sent emails and reported the incident without any follow up. They have no cameras in parking lots at all so definitely don't keep anything nice out because they wont help you. second edit: another bike stolen from the complex. it... read more
