I’ve lived here for 3 years now. Appliances are the issue, unless you get one of the upgraded apartments I’m sure. Multiple work orders for washing machine, ok fine it’s inconvenient and expensive to go to laundry mat and fix wet smelly clothes. But a refrigerator? This is the 3rd issue, October they replaced a motor, this week they I am on my second work order and second mass of food to throw away. I put it in multiple work orders, and I have had multiple people come in to ensure that everything is fixed and well taken cared of. Maintenance workers make sure you have nothing to worry about and the office managers and community manager are doing an efficient job with ensuring everything’s well taken care of. They even follow up after every work order just to ensure everything was done correctly. There is plenty room for growth, but growth takes time

At the azure apartment I had one of the best customer service I ever received in my life I was afraid of applying for an apartment by my self but when I get there there I was revive very welcoming and there made the application so easy for me easier than saying your ABC these employees at azure apartments is very special and 1 in a million I believe there all should get rewarded for there hard work especially for a first time applicants like me. While Azure Apartments is great with communication and promptly acknowledges concerns, they consistently fail to act on reported issues. Even when incidents cause major disturbances throughout the night, no meaningful action is taken to resolve them. It’s frustrating to feel unheard when dealing with situations that impact your peace of mind and quality of life. If you're considering moving here, be prepared for excellent communication but little to no follow-through on actual problems.

I can’t stand this place . This place is ghetto and wayyy too over rated as well as over priced, nothing is upgraded, everything is old, I had a leak in my bedroom/closet and it still smells like basement. They stated a bus will pick up and drop my son off from school and that was a lie , I have to get him an uber home every day because I work, we had also been to the pool and there was this family and the men were sniffing ❄️❄️ like it was stick dip candy and let’s not get started on the beer bottles that’s in the pool… li... read more
