I have lived here for 7 years and I immensely grateful for McKinley and all their staff for their constant accomodations and attention to detail, not only to the residents but to the community grounds. The last two years have been a huge improvement with Maura managing this community, Olivia in the office and Richard, this is a staff that cares. Worst place I have ever lived. Countless neighbors guests living there off lease and cars not registered with no parking pass take up parking when visitor is posted everywhere. The office does literally nothing about it. Two other instances that happened 1. My son was verbally attacked and threatened by an adult of another kid in the complex for an incident he was not apart of at all. The mother threatened my son and was being accused of something he 100% did not do. I had to call the sheriff multiple times for this reason.... read more
Yesterday I had the pleasure of touring and signing a lease with Edwin Rivera. He was very kind and informative. The grounds are very well kept and the neighborhood seems very quiet and calm. Excited to make the move and learn more about Azure.
I’ve lived here for 3 years now. Appliances are the issue, unless you get one of the upgraded apartments I’m sure. Multiple work orders for washing machine, ok fine it’s inconvenient and expensive to go to laundry mat and fix wet smelly clothes. But a refrigerator? This is the 3rd issue, October they replaced a motor, this week they I am on my second work order and second mass of food to throw away. Today Donald Henry came to my unit cause I was having years of AC issues. Donald cleaned my unit as well as replaced the outside unit and when he was complete the AC in my home has never worked as sufficient as it does now with his hard work and dedication put into my home AC system.
