Worst place I have ever lived. Countless neighbors guests living there off lease and cars not registered with no parking pass take up parking when visitor is posted everywhere. The office does literally nothing about it. Two other instances that happened 1. My son was verbally attacked and threatened by an adult of another kid in the complex for an incident he was not apart of at all. The mother threatened my son and was being accused of something he 100% did not do. I had to call the sheriff multiple times for this reason.... read more
I have lived here for 7 years and I immensely grateful for McKinley and all their staff for their constant accomodations and attention to detail, not only to the residents but to the community grounds. The last two years have been a huge improvement with Maura managing this community, Olivia in the office and Richard, this is a staff that cares. Yesterday I had the pleasure of touring and signing a lease with Edwin Rivera. He was very kind and informative. The grounds are very well kept and the neighborhood seems very quiet and calm. Excited to make the move and learn more about Azure.
I put it in multiple work orders, and I have had multiple people come in to ensure that everything is fixed and well taken cared of. Maintenance workers make sure you have nothing to worry about and the office managers and community manager are doing an efficient job with ensuring everything’s well taken care of. They even follow up after every work order just to ensure everything was done correctly. There is plenty room for growth, but growth takes time..
Extremely grateful with Olivia who help us first hand and 100% all the time with us, this was our first time doing this kind of process and she answered all our questions our texts and inquiries, she was there for us and thanks to her we got to understand everything and get our apartment. So happy rn and very grateful 😊😊
