Wow I had such an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and the level of care made me feel completely comfortable. The results of my facial treatment were beyond my expectations—I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and so happy. Everything from start to finish was perfect, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!”
I booked a 1-hour facial appointment for Sunday at 2:15 PM, which should have finished around 3:15 PM. However, the facial was finished by 2:45 PM—only 30 minutes. When I asked about it, I was told “this is what it is.” Even the person doing my facial agreed that the website says 1 hour, but she said in reality it’s not 1 hour, and that 15 minutes is for consultation after the service. I highly recommend Victoria at B-YNG! From the moment I walked into the studio, I felt completely at ease. She has an incredible touch, a deep knowledge of skincare, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best. She is extremely mindful of keeping you informed of what she is doing and making sure you are comfortable. Great experience!
