Their ad kept showing up on my FB timeline , and I decided to give it a try (mini gift for my bday). I booked my appt next day and got email confirmation BUT make sure verbally discuss your appt details including its confirmation over the phone, don't just rely on email/text. It was my first time having facial and Gabriela did a phenomenal job. She was very professional and my skin felt so soft and smooth after this treatment. She does have magical hands and truly loves what she does. I highly recommend her
I recently treated myself to service at B – YNG boutique spa and it was truly a five star experience from start to finish. I was specifically seeking a treatment that would be deliver. Both deep relaxation and noticeable antiaging results, and Daniela my aesthetician delivered a stellar facial that expected every expectation

One of the worst facials I’ve had. The esthetician was rough and rushed, it felt like a deep-tissue massage on my face and I also left with residue on my forehead and hair. I started later than my friend but finished much earlier and didn’t even get the neck and shoulder massage she received. I booked a 1-hour facial appointment for Sunday at 2:15 PM, which should have finished around 3:15 PM. However, the facial was finished by 2:45 PM—only 30 minutes. When I asked about it, I was told “this is what it is.” Even the person doing my facial agreed that the website says 1 hour, but she said in reality it’s not 1 hour, and that 15 minutes is for consultation after the service.
