I made an inquiry to have our gutters and downspouts replaced. Only 3 days later did Eric Boyer arrive. He was on time, polite, easy to talk to, and listened to our questions. He even chased down my sneaky pup and brought him back to the house. 😁. We decided to ask about a new roof as well and offered to do an assessment right then. So far so good! We decided to move forward with a integrated solar system and I must say that so far the Bachman team has came through on everything that they said so far, reviewed products and options, didn’t supply unneeded sales pressure, and were extremely professional in all communications and interactions. Our Project Consultant Brett Clark has been excellent to work with and has made us feel comfortable at each step so far!
