Submitted bond under different terms than agreed upon even after a very lengthy discussion where there could have been no confusion over it. When I asked to review the tape of the conversation I was told they couldn't access it. Does not refund money in the same manner it was paid. Closes early. Does not return phone calls in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. Made several errors in the bond paperwork including listing the agent as his girlfriend and my mother as the defendant.
