Shout out to Daniel!!!! Customer service was top tier. Made sure every question I had didn't go unanswered. Got straight to it once I filled everything out. He was very patient with me and not once did he disappoint. I couldn't have gotten a better bondsman.

There good people they help when it matters most my moms sick so she bailed me out ...cause she don't want me in there if any thing happens...thank God the took a chance on me I'm even late on some payments but they understand I'm going to pay my debts to them it's just hard to get back up

I came in on Sunday to ask a few questions concerning bail. Jacquie welcomed me with a smile and proved to be extremely helpful and answered all my questions. She even answered questions I didn't know to ask. While I've dealt with other bail bonds companies, Bail Hotline stands distinguished from the rest only because of individuals like Jacquie. The people in the office on trickster are cool but the people of the finance are so rude and nasty, the disrespectful that cussed you and they're very foul as hell the finance department, I wouldn't recommend for nobody, they treat you like straight trash called my phone and in front of my son, talking to me like c*** and I just got out of surgery a week prior and was explaining to him that I need it more time.Yeah, not recommend it for nobody.Unless you want to be true , like a straight dog

This why i wouldnt rec5ommended bail hotline bail bonds. My daughter was in jail and i talked to one guy there he said sure they could bail her out. Well i live in delano and had to drive to bakersfield and he new that . when i talked to him it was 11:45 pm and everyone knows it dose t take 15 mins to get from delano to bakersfueld . well i get there at 12:30 and there closed they closed at 12:00 . and i call and call and nobody answers. Horrible! I don't know why I went back!! The first time I used this company my husband was not out till a whole day later! I'm using them now AGAIN and a guy named Noah texted me at 5:05 that it was posted! Now I call back and the bail was barely posted "again" at 6:20 that's what Jennifer said. I paid them at 11:40am.
