Most calls end up going toward El Monte. I've been in person to the Santa Anna location. The members are usually friendly. The workers are very open in communication and will answer any questions to the best of their abilities. I unfortunately had to use this service before for someone else and when it came a second time to look for a bail bond service they reached out to me and worked out a financial plan due to being a previous client. I called to notify them that someone opened a bail in my name fraudulently and for some unknown reason they were very hostile towards me. Very rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't want to deal with people like this even if I needed their services.
Bail bond hotline I would never refer never refer them to anybody I didn't Grandpa and Grandpa the polite in the beginning they want your money after that talk to you like dirt dirt try a different Bail Bonds not this one stab you in the back threatened you and harass you the right to call you but pain in the ass youngster that he has authority to change diaper that's why I only in the financial department also their .. too so I would just say hey try anybody would bail bonds they stink
