They are really helpful and the customer service is great. Hector did a great job, we just made the deal and my son was out early the next day. I really appreciate the service and how nice the team treated me.

Good customer service! I’ve never had to use a bail agent in my life & everyone involved made it as easy and painless as possible. They all handled my case professionally and discreetly. Every time I called, someone always answered and had the information I needed. They are a good place to go when you need bail, but I hope I never have to again! ;)

I called and a male answered the phone and was very rude and unpleasant, he asked me for the person's first and last name that I was going to bail out, so I gave it to him, but then he asked again, and I gave it to him, then all of a sudden the male hung up on me, that's very unprofessional and rude. I took my business elsewhere.

Amazing customer service. My personal experience, I spoke to Exael. Bilingual which is a plus. He explained everything thoroughly and was attentive as to how everything was turning out. He kept in touch and notified me if there would be any changes or if I'd like to make any changes. Explained all pro's and cons on the decisions being made. If I had any questions he provided the most accurate answers . I'm extremely grateful and a happy customer.
