I have been going to the Bairds for many years. I cannot say enough positive things about their expertise and bedside manner. As I have gotten older, my anxiety has revved up with life in general but drs as well. I see Dr. Thad Baird and happy to see Dr. Tyler Baird if needed. They both possess such incredible expertise and bedside manner and understand my anxiety. I have seen both Tyler and Thad Baird and have had nothing but really wonderful experiences. I had a broken front tooth fixed this morning, and not only did they do their best to get me in fast without and appointment, I feel better and honestly cannot tell the difference between the bonding material and my tooth! It's right up front and you'd never know. Highly recommend!

This is a top notch Dental practice. Dr Thad just replaced a 6 tooth bridge that is on the top front of my mouth. He was so caring and gentle. He is also a perfectionist. The first bridge that came in wasn't perfect and he sent it back and did a new one. I so appreciate him making sure that the bridge was just perfect as it is the first thing you see when I smile. I'm not sure why others would rate this practice one star, but you can't control all of the angry people in the world I guess. This dental practice has exceeded our expectations of what a dental office should be. The staff is friendly and kind, they are great with kids and they won't try to up sell you to make a few extra bucks. It's nice to finally find a reputable dentist in Woodstock that is right around the corner from our home. Thankfully our insurance is accepted here. Seriously the best dentist in towne lake. My teens love them, Thad is always caring and patient and very thorough. I just wouldn't trust any other practice. The office staff is always fast and thorough, never a long wait and our complicated insurance is always file correctly. Zero complaints.

ARROGANT!!!! Receptionist Rude!!! Typical dentist they tried to up sell me into higher priced items and told me i needed something another area dentist told me i did not. not treated well treated with arrogance and not a good experience!

Typical dentist. There's nothing great about this place. The receptionists are not pleasant, and the dentist assistants are often rude. Had to get a filling fixed because it chipped, and the dental assistant tried to give me an X-ray without even checking in my mouth. I stopped her because I didn't want to pay for an X-ray if I didn't need it. She checked my mouth, and realized her mistake and that an X-ray wasn't even necessary. In an emergency situation, the dentist was not caring or concerned. My husband lost a filling two days before our vacation. The dentist on call offered a clinic in Marietta that "might" be open. It was a holiday, but we've lived in multiple states and have had dentists meet my husband after hours and on short notice because they care about their patients.
