Super great experience! Took the time and talked with me through every question, worry and everything. Is every car on the lot great? No, but they know this and was open and honest about every car in their inventory. Walked me through each step and made my decision very very simple. I don’t typically write reviews. The service has to be absolutely spectacular or the worst experience ever for me to do so. BajaTexas Auto was definitely a spectacular service. I have bought 2 vehicles from Baja. When I tell you that they are the kindest people I have ever worked with! They are also the best communicators, and always giving me all information up front. Both of the vehicles I have bought were fair priced, and I never had any maintenance issues with them. I bought a f150 truck one year ago, and a sedan this year. Both times I was in and out of their office within 2 hours. One vehicle I purchased cash, and the other I financed.
Went in and looked at a Hyundai Elantra and loved it. There were a few concerns but Basil went above and beyond to make sure that I left a happy and returning customer. He was very communicative and helpful through the process. Because of his great service, my daughter drove off her in first car today! She’s obsessed and so I am. I highly recommend Baja Texas Auto. Even Baha was personable and helpful during the paperwork. Great business!
