Baja & Tim are very friendly & personable people to work with during this process. Both seem to genuinely care about what they do and are easy enough to work with for sure. Went in and looked at a Hyundai Elantra and loved it. There were a few concerns but Basil went above and beyond to make sure that I left a happy and returning customer. He was very communicative and helpful through the process. Because of his great service, my daughter drove off her in first car today! She’s obsessed and so I am. I highly recommend Baja Texas Auto. The customer service here is like family a small business that wants to earn your business and treat you very well. I enjoyed doing business with them and have even came back for recent maintenance they are a good to place for vehicles Tim is amazing i talked with him for hours and he definitely cares about any concerns you have the owner is very fair and is willing to work with you to earn your business.
