My boyfriend and I are first time parents, Bakersfield pediatrics has made it such an easy experience due to the level of professionalism with being on time with appointments and short wait times in the lobby. Also, we love our care provider for our child who is Doctor Javier B. He always make sure to really talk to us about the care we are providing our child and take his time with our child during our appointments with answering all our concerns. I had the appointment at Old River for a long time and this time it was my turn on 34th Street and the truth is that they were very kind. The nurse and the Dr. who attended my daughter were very attentive and the Dr. did a very good job, but like in the Old River office also here the receptionists are no longer like those who attended before that they made you feel at home, now they only do "their job". How I would like the staff to be like years ago, so kind and friendly with patients.
Marcy at the front desk and Eileen on the Vaccination team provided outstanding service during my recent visit. Marcy was very supportive in providing the guidance we needed to enroll our newborn as a patient here. Strong collaboration between Marcy and Eileen in getting the records we requested for my son. They both went above and beyond and the wait time was minimal. Outstanding service. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
