Always a great experience when I go to balance spa! They are the only spa I’ve gone to since Covid. They have protocols in place and I feel very comfortable and safe the entire time I am there. This was my fourth visit since they reopened. I had a mini pedi and gel manicure with Von and she was wonderful. Everyone from the guest services team to the nail team are so friendly. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already!

Super clean & respectful with safety measures in place. I love the serene atmosphere. My Reiki treatment was outstanding, putting me in an immediate calm, relaxed, pain-free state!

I’ve been a long time Balance Spa client, since they were in the smaller location up the street in Tewksbury-they’ve been amazing from the start. It’s my favorite spa, they always make you feel extra pampered & comfy while you’re waiting for any number of professional treatments they offer. Jackie was great and super strong which is always a plus for me and my knots! Most importantly they took all necessary safety precautions, including a temperature check upon arrival 😊🙌❤️

I had my first hydrafacial today with Nathalie and it was amazing! Nathalie was so wonderful and all the precautions the spa is taking were very reassuring. Saw and felt an immediate difference in my skin - can’t wait to go back!
