How does a company with so many complaints still get a A- rating? i think they pay for the rating what do you think?
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Do not do business with this company. We purchased a band saw for $50,000.00 and they set it up for 16 quarterly payments. After signing the contract they had us pay a deposit which was one payment of $3534.69. In less than a month they sent a bill for $3829.14 for prorated rent. The next payment in less than two months for $3534.69. So in less than three months they had $10,903.52. They didn't send a notice that my payment was due and I was charged a late fee of $636.24. The bad reviews are correct! They are nothing but a sham! And they argue! I applied for a Commercial truck loan. Mind you, I have been approved by about 6 others and trying to find the best fit for my company. I applied, then I got a call back. They claimed to know tow truck financing. We just got a loan from these people and the hidden charges just keep coming in. We contacted them and all they do is hang up the phone. We payed our own tilting and then we got a bill for the titling work. Please don't do business with these people, they are crooks! They said our interest rate was 5.8% and when figured out its more than twice that amount. Someone needs to put these people away,
I purchased some equipment through them back in 2014 and had problems from day one after they funded the purchase. They fund the seller and then wanted me to return the equipment when we had signed contracts. So then they wouldn't release my title paperwork so I could tags. We have three contracts with this company. The first two were signed in 2014 within 30 days of each other. I signed another in 2016. This new contract was supposed to be $1 buyout as with the other two, that was not the contract I got. I ended up with a buyout lease at end of term, that based on what I am hearing is going to be brutal. My other major complaint with this new contract is the terms said that the payment was $994, when they started drawing the ACH payments, there was a $213 property tax added on. This is a wrongful misleading company. Crooks, unprofessional, bad vary bad service. Was told on phone that we would pay 4 quarters and be done. Now after 2 years im still paying and found out that i still owe them money after taking thousands of my business money. Finally they sent me my so called welcome package. This is a bull crap!!! Please send out to others so they are aware of this misleading crooks.
This company spams my phone with robo calls several times a day filling up my voicemail. Any company using such aggressive, invasive practices is one to avoid!
We signed up for 4 separate equipment loans through this company. For the past 2 years they have never reported against our personal credit as it was Company policy not to report business debt against you personally.
