The minute you step foot at Balfour Ann Arbor is like walking in at The Ritz. The executive director, sales team and staff are incredibly conscientious, extremely capable, and most importantly caring. The apartments are well designed with upscale amenities and food is incredible! Take a tour and see for yourself!

I am very impressed by Balfour Ann Arbor! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, very passionate about what they do. The interior designs are incredible, such intricate detail and vibrant colors. The culinary team is exceptional, if you get a chance try the Wolverine burger. It's the best in town!

My parents lived in Balfour for two years, until their passing within a week of each other. We are so grateful to the Balfour community for providing a safe, warm and enriching home that also increased their ability to form new life-enhancing friendships. We also want to call out our gratitude to the general manager, John Juroe. My mother has been at the Ann Arbor Balfour since it opened. She and our family are very impressed with, and satisfied by, the facility, design and service. Special mention needs to be made about Chef Adam--the food is amazing! Truly gourmet. Also, as a University of Michigan family, we love that the design honors and captures the spirit of the Wolverines!
