Ajay was excellent throughout. He showed me several properties and was very knowledgeable about the area and the homes themselves, answering questions clearly and honestly. Very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with, no pressure at all. Would definitely recommend Ajay!
I’ve rented a property through this agency and the only thing they are interested in is collecting the rent. When it comes to fixing problems that arise in the property that’s another story. Over 3 weeks now I’m unable to use the sink in the bathroom. On the rental payment day I will get a text message from them every hour until I pay rent but can’t get support when I’m in need of it. Don’t expect the same service when you’re in the property.
I would like to say a big thank you to Ajay. his customer service is exceptional and for the last few days he has been helping me over the phone/email in a very friendly and professional manner, making things much simpler and not complicated to understand. Once again, Thank you very much to Ajay!
