I have never experienced any problems with Balgores during my four years dealing with them. They have always been extremely efficient, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Communication is clear and prompt, and everything is handled smoothly! A special shoutout to Ben in particular — he has always been approachable, friendly and quick to respond. A very positive experience. Allanah, Sam and Richard were all very professional. We achieved a quick sale for the price we wanted. Balgores also operate the Gazeal reservation agreement, which was very useful for us. However, I would recommend contacting the Gazeal directly for full information on how to best utilise the agreement.
After renting for nearly 7 years I found myself in a position to be able to purchase a property again. From start to finish Balgores have been absolutely wonderful.
