We have dealt with Andrew a couple of times and knew when we were planning on selling again that we would invite Balgores to quote for our move. As usual Andrew was honest and realistic, he knows the market well and what is achievable. The process was smooth and communication was excellent, photographs of the property were excellent and all of the team at Balgores were on hand to help with any questions. I will definitely consider Balgores, Andrew and his team in the future.
If you're looking to sell a property I would recommend Balgores 100%! We've just gone through the process of selling my parents house. Undeniably it was very stressful, however the team at Balgores were brilliant! Andrew, Jordan and especially Frank were professional, understanding and worked hard to keep the process moving forward despite a few hiccups along the way. I have been a tenant with Balgores over a year and recently i have moved in to a second property it was excellent service from beginning to end. The staffs were efficient, honest, and kept us well informed throughout the process especially Andre, Treserden and Daniella Necchi-Ghiri were so helpful. Absolutely fantastic. I met with several agencies in gravesend, Andrew was extremely fair and accurate in his pricing of our property. Whilst others gave me very high sale prices (which I found hard to believe), Andrews was one of the lowest.
