We dealt with Andrew who was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, professional and very great at communicating with us. Although in the end we purchased a different property, our experience with Balgores was completely positive, never felt pressured, we felt very well looked after by Andrew and would happily recommend them to anyone selling in the Gravesend/Essex area.

Frank and the team were always available to discuss anything giving us options, suggestions and strategies and understanding why our focus was on a quick sale. Professional and understanding throughout, we’d definitely work with them again as they helped us navigate some complications along the way at speed and with understanding. We were also given a great... read more

He took the time to understand my situation, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. Luke was knowledgeable about the property and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His honesty, understanding, and excellent customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to deal with a letting agent who truly listens and goes the extra mile to h... read more
