I am always happy with the balgores. Even from previous experiences. But this remarkable staff member, mark, really does care about you. Really cares about his clients. It isn’t just another sale to him. Or another exchange. I’m pretty sure I was giving him such a difficult time. But not once did he make me feel like I was. Or feel as though I was being annoying. I recently rented my first flat with Balgores and the whole process was so easy, straightforward and no stress. I had the pleasure of Reece Woodhall being my letting agent and he was very approachable, responsive and helpful. I’ve had 0 issues and can only say good things! I thought renting my first flat would have been 100x stressful but it was the most easiest process thanks to Reece!
