I honestly can’t thank Balgores enough from start to finish the whole team were brilliant, Ricky, Donna, Michelle, Abbi always there to help and very efficient. Sold within 24 hours of going on the market. I have to say it’s was extremely stressful the whole process not to do with Balgores, but Donna I can’t thank enough for all she did. We are truly grateful as Donna I felt went above and beyond every single time for us. Balgores are so lucky to have her. Would highly recommend Balgores for selling .

From the initial meeting with Ricky to sort the marketing, which he did extremely well, through to the absolutely fabulous Donna - without who I'm sure we wouldn't have completed on time! - thank you all for helping me through the stressful event that is a house sale!

I had a very smooth experience with the Balgores team - Chris, Michelle, Donna and Ricky. The nature of the purchase was such that we had a really short timeline to make the purchase. The team made sure that they were always available to answer any queries I had and they helped follow up with all parties in the chain including the solicitors. I was never left questioning what was going on at any point. I would totally recommend the team to anyone looking to make a sale or purchase or even manage a property.
