Balgores offers a wide range of properties, our experience with their Upminster team was fantastic. Ricky and Donna were always available to address our queries promptly and professionally. Special thanks to Pete and Claire, who were incredibly supportive and patient throughout the mortgage process. As first-time homebuyers, we were unfamiliar with many aspects of mortgaging, Pete went above and beyond to explain everything in detail, and made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend Balgores.

I recently worked with Peter and Claire to secure a new mortgage for my rental property. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Peter and team worked with me from the get go and guided me through the process brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they was on hand 24/7 for any questions and queries I had. I was recommended to use Peter as my Mortgage Advisor and would recommend on to other! Peter was nothing but helpful, informative & on the ball. There was never a question he didn’t have an answer for and simply made me feel at ease throughout my whole buying process. I’m sure he advised me on more than what his job description holds but nothing was a problem for him. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!
