I would highly recommend Balgores Upminster. The whole team was brilliant from start to finish with the sale of my flat. We moved to Balgores after a bad experience with another local agent and it was worth every penny. All the staff were professional, responsive and proactive. We are so glad we moved the sale to Balgores. With thanks to all the team at the Upminster office and Donna who was handling the sales progression.

Everyone involved in the sale to completion service has been very professional and pleasant. It may cost a little more but it is worth it. Chris took the lead and was very well supported by Ryan, Ricky and Abbie. They managed all viewings and provided an update after each one. They continually provided good advice and secured a sale STC within 4 weeks of the property going on the market. As first time buyers purchasing our new home, the service we received from Abbie, Donna, Michelle and the whole team at Balgores was brilliant. We had a very long wait for our chain to become complete but Abbie kept us updated throughout and made sure we didn't feel forgotten.
