I had a great experience with Ball Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. They did an outstanding job fixing my home air conditioner. The team was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly. The service was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. I really appreciate their honesty and quality work. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!

The initial service call to evaluate the AC system was excellent. Options were given. Explanations were thorough. We purchased a new AC and furnace. The installation team appeared efficient. They cleaned the work areas. Everyone was polite and professional. It has been a few weeks and I am quite pleased with the service. Will use and recommend this company.

We used Ball in the past when Mike Ball owned the company. We unfortunately got a warranty service and quit using them. We recently asked them to give us a quote for a new unit and the new owner said he would email it to us in a few days. We never got the quote and I called several times to find out when he would have it for us. Now they don't even answer my calls! If they don't want our business be PROFESSIONAL and say that!?!!? Answered all of my questions and advised me on how to keep my current system running as long as possible, and when we'd be looking at it being better to replace the system rather than repair and how to determine that. Highly recommend!

They explained everything and offered multiple options and explained the down stream impact of each option so that we fully understood what we were choosing. They were also the only company we got an estimate for who actually checked that the unit we had before was the right size for our house, that told me that they were not just selling a replacement but wanted it to work for us correctly. Followed up a week after install to make sure things were working ok too!
